Nearly 50 mansions were restored in “Kayseri Mahallesi”, which is located in Tavukçu neighborhood, which is located within the Culture Road project of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality.In the neighborhood there are traditional Kayseri local grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, transfer shop, boutique hotels, restaurants, cafe, etc., There are also facilities for tourism.It is aimed to accommodate many elements of old Kayseri life from social life, traditional architecture, food culture and music. Along with the repairs on the facades, interior furnishings and ornaments were made to fit traditional architecture.This architecture includes stone processing, wood ornamentation and column heads. Municipality Conservatory Setenönü Course Center was opened to serve new branch. The names of the artists who have been the foundation stones of Turkish music such as Aşık Veysel, Hacı Arif Bey, Neşet Ertaş and Ahmet Gazi Ayhan have been given the rooms in the historical place.
