1. Koramaz ValleyA nature walk in Koramaz Valley, with historic stone houses, old fountains, dovecotes (columbaria) and a trail through the greenery.
2. Sultan Marshes National Park & Bird ParadiseWalk the boardwalks of a wetland that is home to more than 300 bird species, and watch Erciyes reflected in the marshes from the birdwatching towers. Optional boat tour.
3. Kapuzbaşı WaterfallsThe Kapuzbaşı Waterfalls burst straight out of the mountain and tumble down from great heights. Walk beneath the curtain of spray they create.

The Kapuzbaşı Waterfalls are far from the centre; the roads are paved but winding, so plan to drive in daylight.
