Yamula Dam

It is near the Yemliha Village, 25 km northwest of Kayseri, on the Kızılırmak River. Water retention started on December 27, 2003. Yamula Dam looks like a large lake with a size of 65kmx10 km. Sailboats, rowing, swimming, off-shore and canoe races are held every year in the dam lake.
