Getting to Erciyes Ski Centre

Erciyes Ski Centre is 25km from the city centre. There are transfer services from the airport to the ski centre: 1 person pays 35 TL to be picked up at the airport and reach Erciyes Ski Centre in 25 minutes. This price drops as the number of people increases. For those who want to explore freely, car rental is available; you pick up your rental car at the airport and travel as you please. Finally, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality runs free shuttle services: at weekends you can get to Erciyes Ski Centre free of charge on set routes. To return to the city centre, city minibuses are available.

5 things to do at Erciyes Ski Centre

1. You can rent a set of ski gear and enjoy a full day on the slopes. If you’ve never skied before, you can take lessons from licensed instructors at Erciyes Ski Centre.

2. If you don’t want to ski but are after some fun, you can rent a sled. You can hire one for a small hourly fee from the row of ski equipment shops. For fun at its peak, take the cable car to the summit with your sled and let yourself go down the slope.

Erciyes Ski Centre ski pass prices change from season to season; as of 2019-2020, a single ride for skiers starts from 15 TL, and 500 rides cost 1250 TL. If you just want to take in Erciyes from the top, a single pedestrian ride is 10 TL.

The moving carpet on the slopes costs 20 TL for 5 rides and 30 TL for 10 rides.

Erciyes Ski Centre ski equipment rental prices

When you get to Erciyes Ski Centre, you’ll see plenty of rental options. You can rent from Zümrüt Sport, the ski equipment rental shop run by Erciyes Ski Centre, or from anywhere else you like.
