About Aladaglar National Park
Aladağlar National Park is an attractive area suitable for resting and enjoying domestic and foreign sightseeing with sufficient size to provide aesthetic value and landscape integrity in terms of natural structure, vegetation and wildlife. With its high mountain features, it has many summits that can adequately respond to the needs and tastes of mountaineers.Aladağlar unique karstic structure, as well as southern and eastern forest vegetation, are seen to form beautiful landscapes. Within the Aladağlar National Park, Kapuzbaşı Waterfalls, Hacer Forest, Pos Forests, Emli Valley, Cımbar Valley, Seven Lakes, Acıman Plateau (Acısu) and Narpuz Valley are very interesting places with not much similar in the world.Before the Aladağlar become a National Park, it attracted many domestic and foreign researchers. It has been the research topic of many researchers with plants, birds, mammals (especially mountain goats), at the same time many domestic and foreign scientists plant plants.The National Park area has vegetation formed by different plant communities, both geographically and geomorphological. Forest vegetation, step (low narrow step) vegetation, high mountain step, alpine floor vegetation are available. Area shows distinct differences from the three different sections of Yahyalı (Kayseri), Aladağ (Adana), Çamardı (Niğde) and the naturally occurring vegetation cover.E.g; the vegetation between Yahyalı and Kapuzbaşı is the low–steppe. The mine road goes up to 3,100 m. At 3,000 m deep ground, high mountain steppe, meadow and prairie (alpine floor) starts. Ulupınar has destroyed forests and low mountain steppe dominates the area. Mediterranean scrub taxa are found in Büyükçakır village, which has the lowest altitude of 750 m in the south–east. There are forests of Pos forest near Aladağ county in Adana and trees, Shamada, Yapraklı, Hızar, Trak, Eğni, Hamidiye forest sherds starting from Kapuzbaşı.Aladağlar National Park with these features is important with deep valleys, unique peaks, cliffs and glacial cliffs, majestic canyons, wildlife, forests, high plateaus, springs, rivers, springs, natural scenery, flow and with a drop height of the largest and most interesting springs team cascades of, medicinal plants and climbers with juices, tour boatman rafting, canoing, mountain biking, para-gliding, those who jeep safari, trekking lovers, photo enthusiasts the landscape of love, only they can find the easiest way they are looking for any related nature “Alternative Tourism and Nature’s Paradise”.
